PiYo is a pretty fast paced Pilates/Yoga influenced workout that goes quick but it builds flexibility, strength and core. Chalene is a fun leader that will have you laughing and smiling as you sweat and move.
21 Day Fix was a giant game changer for so many of my clients because the food plan became more of what you CAN eat and not the list of forbidden foods. The colored containers system gives a proper SIZING for each type of food to make a fully balanced day of nutrition. Autumn Calabrese did this one right….and then followed it with 21 Day Fix Extreme
T:25 and MAX30 are both short workouts (25 min and 30 min) but dont let that fool you….just like ShaunT’s newest T:20 Transformation… Shaun packs a WHOLE LOT of effectiveness in each workout to give you the results that look like it took hours in the gym. Highly recommend ANYTHING by ShaunT.
